Position of the Week:
Title: INQUIRY CENTER REP- $12/hr
Description: Answering high volume incoming calls, gather/ input customer information into CRM database, provide general information and forward escalated calls onto appropriate person and/or department, input sales/ marketing leads after tradeshows, conferences and events, special projects as requested. 2-3+ years customer service/ call center experience, minimum of Associates degree preferred. Strong data entry sills with attention to detail and accuracy, professional telephone demeanor, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software experience helpful.
